About the internship:

AIE Ireland is offering  Public Relations & Marketing internship in its own management department or our partner companies. You can apply if you are studying or already finished studies. Your daily internship activities will include

  • Access our e-learning platform an effective online education platform that offers marketing material, webinars, case studies, tests, video tutorials, ebooks.
  •  Maintaining efficient organisation, administration and documentation support for all communications and social media channels, platforms and activities for company offerings and projects.

  • Maintaining effective administration, planning and upkeep of all programme/event schedule listings for events to increase market awareness.
  • Maintaining up-to-date information channels between all team members regarding company projects, campaigns, marketing activities.
  • Developing the efficiency of company communications channels and processes to optimise marketing workflows and procedures.
  • Supporting all market engagement growth, including proactive support in increasing market audience numbers and engagement.
  • Management of corresponding resources and logistics, including marketing/sales campaign management, and performance reporting.
  • Provide support activities for any communications or PR projects and deliverables.
  • Providing auxiliary support for Marketing and Communications Manager, including support activities for brand awareness, visibility, marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Providing holistic support for overall activities regarding marketing or corporate communications.
  • Creating, managing and updating events schedules, product and services, client databases.
  •  Updating social media platforms and managing engagement.
  • Provide strong support in any necessary wide online research.
  • Sourcing and application of mixed media.
  • Responsible for relevant information management, reporting, metrics and statistics regarding event listings.
  •  Maintain effective and productive workflows and scheduling.
  • Management of communication in social media, You must also demonstrate the value that Social Networks and corporate blogs have for the brand with your daily work.
  • Brand monitoring, the online brand is alive, adapts to changing circumstances and specific times.
  •  Competitive analysis, on the Internet, brands, as in the offline world, have a lot of competition
  • Writing ability, much of the online communication is written, both in emails and newsletters, as in content for the blog and Social Networks.
  • Creating and maintaining a community, increasing the engagement of the brand with its followers is essential to gain more visibility
  • To attend professional meetings when necessary.
  • You will be invited to attend social meetings with other international trainees.
  • The working language is English (Spanish is also available) During the internship you will be mentored by a business manager.
