List these credits under your first term at the school that awarded you the credit and enter “CR” as the grade. If all of your course credits are listed in “1.0” or “0.50” format, then your transcript is listing credit units and you need to perform a conversion. Ivy Tech Community College’s Fort Wayne campus does not require high school/high school equivalency transcripts for most students. Transcripts are official if they include the school’s official seal or signature plus your graduation date. The high school may charge a fee for processing a transcript request.
